Most in-stock furniture items are processed within 3-5 business days. Delivery typically takes 2-3 weeks depending on your location and the size of the piece, as we use specialized white-glove carriers for larger items.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Somerset House ships exclusively within the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders in the near future.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We accept returns on non-furniture decor items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are non-returnable.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our logistics portal where you can monitor your shipment's progress in real-time.
Are your materials sustainably sourced?

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this window, the order enters our fulfillment process and may be subject to a restocking fee if canceled.
